Visit our Retail Store website to:
- Purchase your Instructor Certification course materials;
- Download the Instructor Agreement; and
- Download the Excel participant profile template.
Within 2 weeks after your course, submit the following to info@respectingchoices.org:
- Signed Instructor Agreement in its entirety (for each Instructor Candidate)
- Instructor Certification course sign-in sheet
- Instructor Certification Exams
- Final Competency Role Plays
